I keep seeing the error "Could not start QuickBooks."

Delete the shopping cart authorization. This will force QuickBooks to re-authorize. Be sure to select "Yes, always" when you re-authorize.
  1. Open QuickBooks
  2. Click on the "Edit" option on the top menu
  3. Click on "Preferences". This will open a new window
  4. Click on "Integrated Applications"
  5. Click on "Company Preferences"
  6. Select the company then click "Remove"
Once you have deleted the application follow these instructions to setup the QuickBooks Web Connector again.
