Search Criteria

If you are looking for a specific customer's order(s) you may search on any of the following items:
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Phone
  • Customer Email
  • CC/Bank Account Number
      The full number, or the last 4 digits.
      Note: Due to PCI regulations this search is restricted to orders placed within the last three years.
  • Part Name/Number
  • CompanyName
  • Gateway Transaction ID
      Your payment gateway reference number for this transaction.
  • Tracking Number
      The FedEx/UPS tracking number.
  • Lot
      The FDA lot number. This requires that you have previously entered this value into the shopping cart database.
Simply select the search criteria from the menu then click Search
